AR Hotels & Resorts currently has an average staff of 184 employees (98 women and 86 men), with employees of more than 20 different nationalities.

During the year, courses were given in Leadership (Fundesem), Digital Tip (Educatur), Sales (Educatur) and DISC Methodologies (ENEAS). In addition, financial aid was allocated to training.

We have several support programmes in place for employees and their families, as well as employee recognition initiatives and solidarity actions.
