Spring welcomes bright colours, sweet aromas, delicate textures and the new Gastro Event: Flavours in bloom.

In this event we invite you to feel the most vibrant season of the year, where seasonal ingredients, selected from local markets, take centre stage in a unique culinary experience. The menu is a tribute to the nature that surrounds us, a meeting of fresh and authentic flavours that celebrate the diversity of spring.
